My style of coaching is unique. I am committed and very passionate about coaching and what is possible for you. As you consider coaching, please review the following questions, in their answers comes a knowing whether we have the potential to effectively work together.

Are you open to looking at the stories you have created in life, deeply understanding their impact, and shifting them?
Are you open to investing in your growth and development?
Are you NOT in a ‘pity me’ / ‘save me’ space? Inside of you is a knowing that you are a strong person, with some blocks that are ‘holding you back.’ Are you open to looking at your blocks?
You have successes in life, yet the experience of being alive is not fully joyful and alive. Would you like to live fully in life?
Are you willing to invest in your growth, from a trained and certified coach?
Coaching can be tough at times … are you open to direct and insightful conversations about you and your experience of life? Your life has all the answers … I am the space to allow those answers to arise. With these answers, the space for your innate wisdom to arise becomes possible.
Are you open to Spirituality? Not religion per se, I am deeply Spiritual and have unique gifts, which often are a part of the work done.
Are you committed to the effort required to create a life worth living fully?
If you answered yes to most of the questions, let’s have a conversation. Our work together may enrich your experience of life. If you answered no to any more than two of the questions, chances are good we are not a good fit.
Policies
Confidentiality & Privacy
Confidentiality and trust is very important in this work. Your personal information will be kept in the strictest confidence. I do not share your name or email address. Period.
Sessions
Sessions are about 45 minutes, starting at the scheduled time. Please be punctual. Occasionally, we may run over or be finished a few minutes early. Please inform me at the beginning of the session if you need to leave early. Partial sessions are the same price. If you are calling in, at the scheduled time, please call 801-913-5191, unless other instructions have been given.
My whole-hearted intention is to hold a safe, open space for you to discover your greatness. I do not judge clients according to personal history, past abuse, addictions, sexual orientation, belief systems, etc.
It’s my goal to help people live lives where their dreams become a reality. If you ever feel uncomfortable during a session, tell me and we’ll make adjustments in how I work with you. In deep transformational work, strong emotions can arise, which can be very healing, and you have the choice to express or not express them.
Payment
Fee is due before or at the time of your session unless a prior arrangement has been made. I gladly accept cash, checks (made out to Pathlighter Coaching) and credit cards.
Cancellation
48 hours (2 full days) notice is required to change or cancel an appointment. Otherwise, payment in full is expected. Illness or serious family emergencies will be accommodated. Work is not an emergency in most cases.
