Initial Session – A Transformative Exploration of where you are, where you would like to go, a gentle meeting of initial exploration after completing an intake form and signing a coaching agreement. This session usually lasts approximately 2 hours, the first hour of which is a session with a Master Enneagram Coach – $250 (Paid when we sign our coaching agreement)

Platinum Package – Personal Sessions as needed with UP TO 6 individual Breathe Sessions plus up to 4 phone sessions plus unlimited e-mail support plus full access to all workshops, breathing circles, and Lifeshops – $1,500 per month – 6 month commitment – 50% upon signing an agreement, balance paid 10% per month

Gold Package - 4 sessions per month, 1 breathe session plus unlimited e-mail support – $525/month – 3 month commitment

Mastering the Masculine

This is a men’s group aimed at exploring all sides of the masculine – the light side, the dark side, the grey areas, and the stories we have created through societal conversations.

We will explore these themes in the media through movies and use the work of David Deida’s “The Way of the Superior Man” as our text book/foundation through a 12-week workshop. We will explore what it is to be a powerful male in today’s society.

In better understanding ourselves, we can give our gift to the world and better understand others—parents, siblings, co-workers, and the feminine.

The group will be limited to 12 men. At the first meeting, you’ll get the book, and the reading assignments.

$40 includes 12 group sessions and the book.
Tentatively, we’ll meet every other Monday evening for about two hours.

I love using movies in coaching! They’re such a great way to learn about life. So, I organize the Salt Lake City Broadway Theatre Movie Group.

We choose an independent or foreign film with a group poll, meetup for the movie on Sunday afternoons, then head to Oasis Cafe for dinner and discussion about the movie! Come prepared to enjoy a great movie and even better company after the movie with inspiring conversation!

This group is kind of like a “movie” book club, and the conversations are rich, deep, and wonderful!

Step 1: Assessment
In your first session/s, we’ll go through a process to see the the condition of your foundation, the strength of your support walls, and the roof over your being. We focus in on your core values, where you’re headed, what you already know and what you’re ready to find out. You’ll get to do a full inspection of the life you’ve created and choose what you want to remodel or upgrade.

Step 2: Dreaming/Vision
Now that you’ve really looked at where you are, you get to understand what your purpose and mission in life is. You’ll be amazed at the difference between sort of knowing what you want and knowing exactly, specifically what your ideal life is like. The process of getting clear about what you really want is the most powerful step you can take!

Step 3: Clean-up/Demolition
Once you’ve got a clear vision in sight, we look at what’s stopping you. When you’re consciously aware of the the blocks that hold you back, it’s much easier to shift! We also make sure your past is cleaned up so that all your energy is aligned to powerfully move forward!

Step 4: Design and Build
Just like building a house, we develop a customized blueprint and plan for creating an amazing life of your own design. In this phase, you’ll get to create ways to stay inspired and actually have loads of fun during the building process. You’re gonna like this part!

We humans have always known that stories are a very effective way to engage the heart, mind and soul in learning. I often use movies as a way to learn specific life lessons by watching from a particular perspective, which I call the “context.”

You get homework to do before and after the movie which integrates the lessons in a way that you can really use. You’ll be asked to watch certain characters, plot lines, or scenes and then look at how your experiences are relevant. Growth occurs as you process what you learned in the movie. When viewed from a particular perspective, movies can deliver great lessons very quickly….AND you can have fun!!

Themes might include; redesigning your love life, warrior development, the shadow, empowerment and many more.
